Recently I accompanied the business manager from the company that I work for to a conference. There were several break out sessions that you could pick and choose from to attend throughout the course of the three day conference. I was amazed by how the quality of the power point design templates that the presenter used really impacted how closely I listened to the presentation. Especially as the end of the day approached and I was getting tired of sitting and listening, the presenters that used themed backgrounds in their power point design templates were able to hold my attention.

At the end of the first day of training I met a co-worker for drinks and dinner. She was to present at a session the next day. I had seen her presentation at one of our internal meeting a couple of weeks prior to this. The presentation was informative and the information useful, however I knew that the design was not very exciting. I shared with my friend the experience I had throughout the day with the varying power point design templates that I had seen. I explained that I thought it would be beneficial to her to change her presentation using the power point design templates. After dinner we went online and discovered that there are hundreds of power point design templates to choose from. There are theme backgrounds from a variety of fields. We are in the medical profession so she chose a medical background in several attractive colors. When we saw the power point design templates on her lap top we were very impressed with how it made the presentation come to life. My friend was worried that it would lose the effect on the large screen that she was going to be using the next day. We were able to get into the conference room that she was presenting in and were pleasantly surprised that the power point design templates looked as inviting and informative on the large screen as it did on her lap top.

We were pleased with the changes we had made and as we were leaving the conference room we ran into another co-worker and explained what we had been doing. He became concerned that there were royalty restrictions and fees with the use of power point design templates, did I mention he is from our legal department. We assured him that there are no restrictions to the use of the templates and no royalty fees. He looked up the website himself and was assured that our co-worker could use the power point design templates in the presentation.

The next day the presentation went very well and our business manager was very impressed in the changes that were made to the presentation. The power point design templates are easy to use, affordable and will really make any presentation stand apart from others. They have a very professional look to them. We found several power point design templates that were animated also, for that added punch to any presentation.
